I worked for CCI for 4 years as an adjunct and about 2 months ago they made me full time. 52k a year, and before I was making about 22 with them before taxes, and had to teach for 3 other schools to supplement. I planned on teaching at another school in conjunction with them while still full time, and they told me I couldn't work anywhere else. Guess it doesn't matter now. Glad I kept my other jobs.

You're right about that Online Adjunct. Everything was good till Talisma came along, and they started hiring the full times, PL's and PD's.
I'm down to about $7200/year (sic). I used to make about $28k/year for the same amount of work before Talisma came along. I'm not going to miss this job.
I remember as an adjunct, I made 1650-1850 per course depending on whether I was senior or not. Not enough for all the outreach and administrative stuff we needed to do. Not to mention working with those not fit for college and being measured on meeting numbers. Glad I left.
