Just curious if any if your DOAs favor those who can help them most with their deceptive practices and turn a blind eye?

My DOA is Abusive!!! Most of the reps wouldn't handle and left. She is the Worse Boss in the World.
She favors the ones that don't fall for students excuses and enrolls same days

No, our DOA threatens everyone the same by telling us she will throw hot coffee on us if we don't get or reach our numbers. So no, she doesn't have favorites she hates everybody equally.
Duh! All of upper management including the Program Chairs play favorites. Every single boss I have had while working at Everest (10yrs) has sucked in some sort of way. Micromanage and non consistant.
I was in admissions at CCi years ago and quit when I realized just how shady they were. Why has this taken so long? There must have been a butt-load of complaints, and not just from misled students. Lots of ex-employees have written letters or made calls. I know several.
ED? CCi is perfect! Why worry about sending all the documents that were designed to hide all of this?
Right. Regulations on rewarding/punishing for enrollments are just tiny li'l anthills to walk around..."wink, wink." Nobody's EVER promoted or fired for NUMBERS. Just total BS that they don't even really try to hide unless you're ED.
But do not talk numbers when it comes to performance. Your smile is all that matters
And people think CCi is so clean since they train DOAs to talk numbers all day, but not when it comes to getting rid of admission reps.
