Love it, Online Faculty! Many students actually expect to get points for garbage writing like that. Some faculty could care less and award them full points...keep students and admins happy, plus paycheck coming...I have seen it. Others, like myself, will not stoop to that level.

In evaluating your post, it seemed that you started out with a greeting of 'wat up'. That's good as it tries to catch your audience's attention. The rest of your post could not be understood clearly. I can top that! Had one girl demand to take more classes next term, completely failing the ones now. I asked her why and she replied "The money you idiot". I am at a loss on why this is happening to the school.........
@Face: I had a student call me up and tell me I had to accept all of their coursework yesterday. I laughed and told him there are policies that apply to everyone, including you. He called me a curse word. I hung up. He then proceeded to email me several times. I told him the same thing over and over. Funny how this student has not bothered to respond to any of my weekly outreach attempts for 11 weeks and now expects me to respond to him especially after cursing at me? The nerve. What really kills me is why they have kept this guy in my class when he has done zero work? He should have been dropped months ago for not meeting attendance requirements! !

So tired of these entitled students! They don't bother reading policies or emails - or ignore them altogether. Then feel like victims. Demand you make exceptions. It all makes sense why some of them failed out of other schools. They didn't play games "wit u" and neither will I. Your F grade is well-deserved. Now goodbye.
I had one student try to submit the who course in week 12, and then got pissed when the instructor refused to take it. Calls me up and demands that I speak to the instructor. Now forget the fact that I have tried to call this student 18 times this term and she never once returned the call. I simply laughed in the phone and hung up.
It was so good I went outside and lit a cigarette........
These meetings make you want to go jump off a bridge. Numbers being thrown around like they actually mean anything. How can we help students? Oh yeah keep harassing them through Week 12...they may have a chance at passing even at 4% right now if they can submit all missed work from the beginning. Screw the joke Late Policy. Demand the instructor get in touch with them and figure out how they can catch up and pass. So what if instructor has received no responses to the weekly calls and emails. Not good enough. Have the instructor visit the student in jail!
