This whole deal is based on finding buyers for the remaining 85 schools. Who would pick up these damaged goods?

Heald seems pretty sure someone will buy them out. Where's the money to keep them open coming from? Were more funds released?
There is nothing to liquidate...
People who can cannibalize selected campuses for the assets. The schools are dead as schools, someone may just buy a campus to liquidate and make a quick buck.
There might be a good OPEID... Beyond that, it's just a bunch of garbage.
