Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

For the fool who doesn't know how to count days.

When CCi obtains a 'drawdown' of the 21 day waiting period, that means CCi doesn't have to wait the full 21 days. ED only allowed a 'drawdown' on current students. No drawing down the 21 day wait for new students' Title IV funds. All that needs to be done is 'drawdown' an extra day for current students to cover the new students. But the 21 day wait stands, so CCi will always have to beg for the next drawdown of waiting days.

"Corinthian, which serves 72,000 students through its Everest, Heald and WyoTech brands, will make refunds available to qualifying students..."

You still think you can enroll them, brotha?
