Seems like they still want to recruit new students which I'm still a little puzzled as to why.

Where is your source about the possibility of the Tampa and COS call centers are closing on 7/18?
Marketing will still run, although I'm sure budgets will be reduced by around 50%.

"We can do everything but sign the enrollment agreement." lol.
Yea but after the 8th we will be spending money on marketing and call centers?
I heard.....per DOE no new students until July 8th.
