I think it's amazing how people don't have a clue how to look for a job while they still have one. Great idea to wait until they boot you out the door to start the process. Unbelievable. But reactive mode is the CCI way so not surprising that the employees still there are also in reactive mode.

In my unfortunate time with CCI, I learned that the VAST majority of its staff is comprised of skirt chasers, ghetto blacks, sleazy former mortgage sales people, and anti-socials. This is because these are also the demographics that they target for students. Not too many organizations pay what CCI pays to these people...and the folks know that. They are in no hurry to get that $12 an hour job at the sears call center.
