CCI has been acting like a rogue state for years, doing anything it wanted and giving the ED the finger. The ED finally had enough and came in and cut the heart out and showed it to them. When one entity provides 90 percent of your money, it is not wise to piss them off with childish fit throwing when asked to justify your criminal behavior. When push came to shove, CCI remained defiant and now they are being put down like a bad animal. The rest of the industry is on notice: clean up your acts or suffer the same fate. At what point did CCI REALLY think that they were going to get away with it??? They hastened their demise when they thought it was good to not only fire people who questioned their crimes, but to threaten them on the way out. Those same people went to the ED and other regulators and provided documentation of everything CCI refused to provide the last six months. CCI really didn't have to provide anything, the former employees did that for them:) Karma is a bitch and I really could not be happier about it. Treat your customers like shit, you get less of them. Treat your source of revenue like shit, watch it get turned off. Treat employees like shit, watch them get you back.

I was treated badly by bosses at Heald Milpitas too. Can't say I'm sorry to see them fall.
I was one that got ousted after calling out a campus pres- he got a slap on the wrist and I got paid "hush" money to leave. He eventually got fired and I laughed when it happened. Like many that are still working there I can understand their concern as to how to support themselves, and I think severance pay is simply not going to happen for many, if any.
By the time I left I was so tired I didn't care any more, I gladly accepted their hush money and moved on to a job I could feel good about. So for those who throw knives at a lot of folks on this forum "didn't make the standard" of working for Cci, know that we were above working for a trashy company like Cci, once we figured out what the real deal was, we questioned, we got let go, end of the story. It is no wonder so many people are cheering at the fall of Cci.
Who gives a f***. I got my quick start training free and a 100+k salary for the 2 years. I came out on top. Who gives a shit about anyone? Not this guy!!
