simply because they do the least. Not once has the RVPA in my region provided anything of value. She concerns herself (when on campus) with whos got on a name tag or what kind of shoes someone is wearing - ohhh let me not forget she is constantly running around to see what we are doing on a minute to minute basis. If you step away from your desk to take care of something related to a student starting school - she's on you like a hawk about where you've been and what were you doing. Taking care of a student!!!!!
I feel the regionals just like to come on campus and stir things up to create animosity bewteen the ranks. She comes often and does nothing and I mean literally nothing except call her other schools to see what they are doing but is that any worse than the say the RVPSF that never shows up? OR the RVP of Education who doesnt know a policy from a hole in the sand? Or the RVPO who again like the RVPA creates animosity between the ranks pitting everyone against each other and doesnt know anything at all about education but compares what we do and how we operate to a retail orgainization.
Get rid of them all immediately; they make wayyyyyy to much money for what they do which is nothing.
I truly feel that at my campus at least everyone there tries to do a decent job and follow the rules; we really care(d) about our students.
