I havent logged in to talisma for over 2 weeks and havent done any out reach. No one is monitoring these things now. Everybody is busy looking for jobs.

I plan to continue aggressive Outreach for all those larger than a C-cup.
Why should I strive to keep anybody that is not serious about their education or ready for college? A student doesn't care, so why should I waste a second of my time? Good riddance to those students.
They can't even pay their Skype bill. What makes anyone think they will pay you anything? Calls and data entry are extra work. No thank you.
No-o-ope...calls will stop as of this term. Teach-out has the word "teach" in it and that's what I will do. Nothing else.
We should be less concerned with saving "i got my money so don't bother me" or "I ain't understanding nothin' cause I can't read, write, or follow directions". We need to save ourselves from insanity and look for other jobs.
Come on now! We all know that if you make 200 calls to a student, you'll "Save Our Student." And if you make 400 calls, the probability of "Saving Our Students" only goes up. Think how good everything would be if you made 800 calls EVERY DAY!!!
@Face: I would say tell them to pick up a newspaper but majority can't read it anyway. Tell them to switch the tv station from jerry springer to the news. Or tell them to google it and copy paste the result as their discussion post for the week. After all many can't write a sentence, but plagiarizing is right up their alley.
With reputation of CCI, I would not be embarrassed to say they fired me for not making and documenting hundreds of call attempts a week. I would be embarrassed for Everest for making instructors act like trained monkeys instead of professionals that should be spending their time teaching.
I want to know what the talking points for the status of the school before I call someone up. What are we suppose to tell them?
Those bad evaluations are just excuses why you don't deserve any merit increases, no matter if regional employees are paid 6 to 10 times what you earn.
Not me. Let them replace me or give me a bad faculty evaluation. Their evaluation of me holds no water. I am good at teaching not making unwanted calls and entering the attempts into an antiquated system.
Spent enough time doing this for the last few terms. My "attrition rate" got worse. Therefore this form of harassment not effective or worthwhile.
