most of them don't have college degrees, but are coaching on how to sell one? and a worthless degree on top of that, which will cost the student $90k+

I no longer work there , but never learned athing from leadership at cci when i was there.. idiots leading idiots that manage by fear and intimidation. the people at top knew of evil and hostile work enviornment and did little or nothing about it.
I agree Georioa rocks, always has. She is a smart lady.
The only regional that i respect is GA. the other ones, sam lynn; chris tilley; dee koulias; stiglich, are idiots.
CCi has a long and noble history of placing total and complete buffoons into leadership positions in Florida. That goes for VPs, RVPs and also directors. It's like a few got in and then started hiring and promoting their own kind. I'm a woman and it pains me to say this, but the female ones are the worst.
what happened to Sam (can't remember last name) He just started in December time frame and came from ITT? Both he and Tilley were both RVPO's if memory serves correctly. Dee and Jodi were RVPA's. Are they still around? The regional DOCS was riffed in February or May. Georgia?
Florida used to have 3 regional VPs
Now only Chris Tilley is left.
I guess that means there are no regional VPs in Florida.
