Another great decision by Kirk Ary. Place yet another clueless Landman in charge of Land Admin. A landman who is clueless, has disdain for land admin functions and no desire to learn land admin procedures or understand the importance of those procedures. That's the result of continuing to place Land employees in charge of Land Admin. Then Kirk Ary seems puzzled at the rate of people leaving CHK D.O. And Lease Records department. CHK now has the distinction of being the the worst place to work in D.O. And Lease Records. No new outside hires of people with experience, so lets stick some more Land people into those groups.
