Ecorse is some over rated bullshit just another excuse not to pay us what we r worth. U want to test employees who have been with the company for years on standards u really don't want us to up hold anyway just get the entollment. Agreed as gotten accident where it is today.

Pay raise? You need to be a member of the gang upstairs to get one. Escore was a massive joke from the beginning.
nobody got a merit increase last year.
i dont care about it either.
Last yr I got an 83 and received zero raise. It is highly unlikely I'll be working for cci in December when the next chance is plus even if that happened , highly unlikely we get a raise. Yes. Who cares . I guess I still like doing a good job and want a >80 but it's like # 17 on my priority list
