What amazes me is the colleges/universities that are contracting with Socle (mostly for default management) when CCI, who owns Socle is known to have the worse defaults in the industry. All I can say is I hope the person(s) who were in charge of due diligence (especially at Tx A&M) has money stashed because they will soon be looking for new jobs, especially if I was one of their board members.

I think he meant that it was Socle that was doing CCI's FA.
Let me get the logic straight. A college asks Socle to take over FA using the college's own students data and classes. Socle submits this to whomever does FA and then the college gets the funds. The student goes to the classes at a non-CCI school taught by non-CCI teachers yet Socle is stealing? Wouldn't that be the college that was getting the FA? How is Socle stealing?
That really does make this post very funny then.
