We're slipping it into the rest of the paperwork and trying to stop the student from noticing it by talking non-stop as they sign everything. Is anyone actually discussing it? What have you been told to say? What if the student asks?

my line: "just sign here, here, here, and there."
Reps are not being asked to avoid the conversation!!!! STFU! Just raise your heads up and listen management is supplying the students with the disclosures. Leave the company if you are so unhappy and go someplace else and be miserable. We don't need you bad energy.
Talked our way out of trouble with the GAO back in 2011, maybe CCI can do the same this time around?
Maybe an investigative reporting show will go in with hidden cameras?
The secret shoppers are out in full force, see if you can make the news!
Worked for this company for a few years... What a joke of an organization. I can tell ya one thing.. I was in admissions and my DOA and President told us to sell the shit of ACICS even tho its B.S( LITEREALLY WERE THEIR WORDS)... I read comments on hear about people saying anything to anyone to get the enroll.. THATS CCI MOTTO FOR YA $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
All you need to do is smile and dial!
Look. We all know here in admissions it's all about the numbers. If you don't make your number, you get fired. Hell, I tell them whatever they want to hear to get them into the classroom. I really don't care. I am here for the paycheck, and if I have to fu** them, then so be it. My DOA is on board with this, because if you don't sell you are out the door.
What does the new disclosure say?
20367 Don't live in fear. Stand up for what is right. If you know there is wrong-doing don't allow it to continue. At thins point, you may be better off collecting unemployment for reporting misconduct. Staff need to be able to sleep at night knowing that they did the right thing. You are entitled to feel at peace with what you do.
20364: call the "Integrity Hotline"?!? Are you friggin' serious?!? Those of us who have been here for awhile know that not only does calling the hotline NEVER help, but it has led to employees being mysteriously terminated right after! This is a sham company and it's "integrity hotline" is just a way to identify unhappy employees to fire them. Screw you and the integrity hotline!
Management: "Well, we have a moral and potential legal obligation to mention the shitstorm surrounding our school to perspective students, but since that will likely scare a lot of them away, we'll leave it up to your judgement." Now, that's leadership!
hey, if this is happening call the Integrity Hotline. The managers doing it need to be gone. They are the reason we are in this mess. Also, ask yourself...are you willing to have your personal reputation tarnished because they will say you were a rogue employee who did not follow policy. Be ready, you may be called to testify and what will you say when you are on the stand. This of each enrollment as your child...would you want your child to be misguided?

OMG! It appears to be an individual DOA lack of integrity. It seems Online is actively addressing the disclosures while the ground schools it's up to the DOA to set the right tone and encourage full disclosure.
Yeah, go ahead and call Barry, idiot! He's your BFF, right? Putting the company that employs you out of business is so much fun, ain't it?
This is outrageous, I am calling Obama now!
We got talking points, but were advised that the best way to deal with it is to avoid it. I guess it says something about the students we target our marketing to, but very few seem to have heard anything about the company's problems. Avoiding the disclosure and talking points is easier than it should be. Of course, I'm tempted to bring it up, but it's a very tense atmosphere here lately. I'm being spied on constantly to make sure I'm towing the company line. Of course, my DOA has always been a total asshole.
Oh for Pete's sake, stop it. Tampa Online Admissions, from Regionals to Directors are going to great lengths to make sure admissions representatives have complete information on the disclosures and complete answers, approved by legal and monitors, to any questions students may have about them. They are plain and easy to see on the Enrollment Agreement, impossible to miss.
This is really sad that reps are being advised not to discuss it and talk really fast.
I guess it is up to each individual rep to hold stead fast to their integrity and do what is right. If you manger approaches you about reviewing the new disclosure...I would say do you want me to call the DOE?
You know you got trained and got talking points, (if you really are an Admissions Advisor) No one at our campus is "hiding" or not discussing it. You absolutely should be discussing the disclosures with all future students.
The "pieces of shit" here in admissions are answering questions and letting them actually read it.
20348 - Yeah, it's real easy to blame Admissions for everything, isn't it? But what of student finance and selling the students Genesis Loans? Or the infamous joke that is our default management team? Let me guess, you're in education, and it's the "administrators" who are the bad guys, while the poor instructors toiled honestly. Is that it? You gave students the grades they had really earned? The ones that received the credential were ready to be productive, knowledgeable employees? This company is and has been rotten from the top down and in all departments. Those that live in glass houses...
Keep making us proud, admissions. Why don't you pieces of shit just move on so those of us with integrity can start repairing our schools' reputations?
That's how we do things. "Sure, we'd be glad to have our students sign a disclosure. We really want them to be informed during these difficult times!" The, to Admissions "make sure that none of the idiots get a chance to read it. talk real fast and distract them if you hafta!" Same as with Socle. "Of course our clients know we're CCi, but NEVER, EVER mention to them that we're CCi!"
Admissions has been told in Tempe to not say anything about since no one actually reads the disclosures. Super shady as usual. Wonder if the DOE is aware of this.
This doesn't surprise me. Sounds like a tactic a used car salesman does. That's why they have that reputation. No wonder CCI is going down; because for them, it's just business as usual, SOP.
