Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

A Victory for the Due Judicial Process!

That's right! How many of you remember the song, "Another one bites the dust"? Well, Kamala Harris' Case against is starting to morph into an calamity of unfounded allegations and failed due process.

http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-california-ag-corinthian-colleges-20140711-story.html

Question is, will the Minnesota case and forced cessation order fall like a brick or a ton of bricks? When it comes to due process. Corinthians has not experienced it once. And good people have and continued to suffer the mis-characterization and assault on their integrity, honor, professionalism. Their families do to. Every single person who works for CCi should be standing shoulder to shoulder rather than being fragmented.

If you have an issue with CCi upper management, then take it them. But not those who are on the front lines fighting for YOUR jobs.

Peace!

Look at all the legal eagles here. So it is CCI's fault the AG rushed and went in unprepared? Maybe the numbers the AG thinks are right isn't holding up to the evidence CCI has provided to the DoE and as evidance in this case. The judge could have ruled and then suspended the decision pending appeal but he didn't. Seems to me the evidence wasn't there in the first place. Funny how you all were/are happy to cash a paycheck and still do but hope CCI fails.

I brought my complaint to the Highest. He was nice to me and tried to be helpful. He assigned high corporate people to look into it.

I took a beating because the high corporate people had vested reasons to see that campus rats Like me do not go above their campus supervisor.

So who does the Highest believe, his ranking officers or some twit from ground level? I am telling the absolute truth!

SHUT YOUR DUMB ASS UP AND SIT THE HELL DOWN! Who are YOU to dictate how someone should react to this whole shady debacle that CCI has created?! Too late for the "We are the World" speeches! We will be standing shoulder to shoulder in the unemployment line. Is that good enough for you? If not, too damn bad!

Big deal. CA didn't get an "expedited" and temporary order to stop enrollment. No one except CCI would call it a victory. '...A Corinthian spokesman, Kent Jenkins, called the court's decision "a victory for our students and for due process."' So CCI mgt is posting here too. These requests are routinely denied all over the country unless the judge is convinced not issuing the injunction would lead to irreparable harm. Could be the judge saw the fed's agreement and other legal remedies as ways to repair the harm. yawn.

California lost because they rushed the filing & went in unprepared. By August 30 cci won't be enrolling California students if judge had found in California's favor he could gave been reversed on appeal. But facts are cci is dirty.

Those schools will be around. And those students WILL finish their programs. California isn't winning because they have failed to provide due process, especially on a subject of regulation that still remains open to interpretation.

Students and Employees win.

Hahahahahaha. CA just couldn't n get it done now. The court date is still set for august 13 and they will win. Of course cci is not fully disclosing that they are enrolling in a school that. Won't be around in 6 months lol.
