Why are people so surprised it is the same verbiage used by the average CCI employee? CCI recruits ghetto blacks, mental deficients, drug abusers and anti-socials for students. Therefore, CCI also recruits the same people as employees because they can "relate." These people also tend to lack respectable moral fiber and a clear desire to differentiate from right and wrong, also CCI core values. There is no point in making fun of it, because these people have no self respect anyways, which is evidenced by their continued employment at CCI. But, I guess when you cannot speak proper English and have no professional skills that cannot be found at the local verizon kiosk, you would be scared to lose that enrollment salary as well.

I don't need a lesson about racial introspection from a white person going to play video games. But thanks for your condescending advice. I personally do not care what people say regarding my race, one way or the other. It doesn't do anything productive, and it is easily ignored when it happens. From what I have learned, focusing on the whole is what matters, and for better or worse, the initial poster was accurate. I choose to not get offended when someone says something negative about Hispanics, because there is a lot Hispanics do that cause those statements. I also don't like it when fellow Hispanics play victim. I am Hispanic and I make the choice to just work harder, like my grand-parents did. No, they didn't come over on a slave ship, but they immigrated from a country where its citizens were denied basic human rights, and still are.

As I stated, I used to get Spanish speaking leads, I assume for my ability to converse with them in a manner they are comfortable with. Therefore, to convert as many "lower class black leads", CCI will also hire people who are comfortable with them, and as I stated, lots of them would be considered ghetto. We have them working here, and we do have plenty of them. I am not saying it is good or bad, but it is real. We also have the mentioned "mental deficients, drug abusers and anti-socials." If the original poster said we had "dirty Hispanics", I would have agreed as well, because we have those in a fair amount as well. It is not productive to pick apart little pieces of a whole to make a point, in my opinion. I don't defend CCI, I am here for a check like everyone else. But to not acknowledge the facts is one of the reasons, I think, the ED wants to do us in. The difference between me and others is I acknowledge all of it as reality, for better or worse.

It truthfully is not nonsense. To a certain degree, sadly, all groups stated in that initial post are pretty well documented at the Tampa Online center, not sure about where you are. I get (well, used to get) leads that were Spanish speaking. Why? Probably the leads are more comfortable with me. If CCI chooses to market to a certain group, then it makes sense to hire similar folks to sell to them.

I disagree. I think the original post is fairly accurate. It doesn't say that all blacks who work for CCI are ghetto, but to deny that there are not a fair amount that are is not being honest. I don't see myself as a drug abuser or anti-social, but to deny that we don't have more than a fair share of both isn't accurate. I need a paycheck like everyone else, which is why I remain, and why we all do. But the points that poster brings up are all valid, I have considered them myself on a few occasions. And this is coming from a Latino in FL. They made a blanket statement, but it did cover a lot of sad truth.
