This place is an LDS d!@*head club. If you aren't LDS or you don't kiss a$$ religiously (that's your tithing here), forget about it.

If what you say is true, that is regrettable. I am LDS and I don't give preferential treatment to other LDS people. A company should be run according to competency and merit, not bias or prejudice. If there are LDS people that operate that way at CSW, please remember that there are those such as me that do not operate that way. I believe in treating others with fairness and respect regardless of personal differences, whatever they may be.
I got walked out the door and I am LDS.
sure they are.......
Ridiculous assumptions
@Smokey. Yep. Take a look at how crises are handled at CSW. When the s!*t hits the fan the 'outsiders' are pushed away and the 'boys' and their bright young superstars huddle and make a plan. They blame those that aren't 'one of them' for their problems and trust only those that are part of their(superior)culture. The repetition of this process over time leads to repetition of the same mistakes. A closed society is doomed to fail partly due to dulled synapse for critical thinking.
Where there's smoke there's fire. L-3 Corporate may have possibly failed to regulate the nepotism and cult-net ass-covering that occurs here at CSW.
I agree with you. I also have noticed the same thing. Of course you don’t know if someone is LDS or not until you get to know. The problem to my opinion is LDS people get into management and favor those that are LDS over others. Only you sometimes can’t tell if someone is LDS until you get to know them. They will talk about their Mormon mission or show off the Mormon shorts. It would certainly be interesting to know how many non-LDS to LDS people ratio have been laid off. It is hard to prove when it’s illegal to ask what your religion is when hiring, but you eventually find out after you get to know them.
The LDS hubris is palpable. They got it all figured out. Everyone else is plain stupid.

I've often wondered.. seemed like when people were getting walked out, at least in my area.. they were mostly non-LDS.. of the ones I knew about. Definitely there was apparent favoritism BEFORE all the layoffs happened. It would be nice to settle this with some external auditing by the EEO or another entity.. and compare layoff stats versus LDS or non-LDS.
