Hey COS, what are your thoughts about the Town Hall meeting that took place today, followed by the ice cream social?

Tiffy got so defensive when employees had the audacity to ask valid questions. (like "If Burkhalter is in town - why isn't he in this meeting?" Or "How does the withholding of VA funding impact our compliance with the 90/10 rule?")

Tiff has NO IDEA how to address stuff like that - she's way more concerned about parking spaces and time cards. She's barely qualified to be a supervisor.

Dead they splurge on sprinkles? Or did they need the money for plastic spoons?

I believe that left-over chocolate ice cream can be used as toner.

The only substance discussed was ice cream.

Thought it was RIDICULOUS that the meeting started with "Celebrate good times!" blasting in the room. Was amazed that KB wasn't present for it since he was in town. So "rah, rah! Everest rocks! We're doing great! Employee growth in all these departments (not mentioning the average loss of 4 CS employees a month).... totally stupid. And if we seriously can't afford plastic spoons anymore, can we afford ice cream socials and all the managers going out to eat together? I think this was T's attempt at trying to boost employee morale. Unfortunately, it did NOT work for anyone I know. That's my 2 cents.
