Back last year, August 2013, we announced numbers better than expected and we still cut 4,000 jobs, almost 5% of our workforce. Then, we sealed the deal with another 1K cut in San Jose only. We'll all agree that 2014 is worse than 2013 and that our numbers might be pretty dismal - so expect a bigger cut - 2014 will be our worse layoff year on record
