Many of our campus directors have been taking an unusual amount of vacation this summer while many of us arent being allowed to take any vacation whatsoever. Is this happening on your campus as well?

My week vacation at CSC was approved with no issues and managers are taking days off to.
For sure at least at campus level any salaried employee other than instructors got a mandatory 10% pay cut.
You all don't have a clue. They are taking their well earned vacation time because otherwise they like all CCi employees will lose it at the end of the year. And yes, all salaried employees at the campus level who make $40001 or more have a 10% mandatory pay cut. So shut the f*** up because this is really impacting some people's families. No one at my campus is being denied any vacation time we are being encouraged to use every hour that we have earned.
667, I bet they're getting their vacay pay. I doubt any management was really affected by the paycut, even though they claimed it did. I doubt Jacko took a paycut too. But, they're going to get rid of a bunch of managers soon. CCI simply cannot afford to keep them on.
They are taking a 10% pay cut and are looking for jobs. CCI wants you to take Voluntary time off not vacation. Remember they said "not vacation not sick time"
They're taking vacay because they'll lose it otherwise when CCI closes. Duh!
Way too many managers and it's important to the company that they keep dishing out the kool-aid to keep workers pacified. So of course they're going to be allowed to take as much vaca as they want - it's like a bribe. Why would you be allowed to take vacation? How does that benefit jack?
