Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Institutional ownership is down to 40%. It used to be about 79%.

I know little about the market, but I ask what kind of an investor, with a fiduciary obligation to others, justify still owning shares in this train wreck. Wells Fargo lawyers must be checking their client's hole cards, worried that they could be sued, or worse, as complicitors to fraud.

Agreed. Anybody discounting these signs that are employed with CCI are fools.

-Current Employee hoping to be laid off or land a new job asap.

Large holdings by institutionals is usually associated with a stable company (that doesn't do a lot of layoffs). This relates. BTW, I'm not the OP... just smart enough to know that it is relevant.
