Kate Kelleher is no more than part of the mysterious 'inner circle.' It consists of a group of higher ups at AIO who are truly inmates running the asylum. They love to point the finger at admissions managers and admissions reps when the school (company) is anywhere but the up and up (always). God forbid the common denominator of AIO (CC) would catch any of the blame for all these years of failure but we all know why that is. Now she has her little bald puppet running the show and if he's too blind to see he's nothing more than the fall guy then well I guess he just never saw that he was outside the circle.
VP of retention and development?? Huh! There is absolutely no retention or development at EDMC. Can't retain good staff nor students. What is development= a big fat zero at EDMC.

John, I have heard that she is in fact a bully and all she cares about is the bottom line. Students are just a number to her, after all she was at Ai Online previously. It's pepole like her at EDMC who are ruining this industry. She is responsible for thinking up new ways to defraud students. Heard she was also heading an international team to bring forgeign students so that EDMC can earn cash.
