Ok folks, let me paint an outstanding mind tapestry. I need for everyone to close their eyes and imagine a camp fire setting. The air swift, the crickets calling to one another. The occasional frog croaking in the near distance. Now, picture the marshmallows burning in the fire. The marshmallows represent the students and employees. The people holding them to the flame are best demonstrated by the " higher ups". The scenario just painted marks one of the best mind drawings ever assembled. I hope you all hang on your wall for future reference.

This is nice imagery. I've been struggling with despair, but now I realize that I'm becoming part of a Smore. Seeing the big picture always helps.
