That’s what we were told in Tempe back in June, and they seemed to carry that into July. Every time there was a headline, there was a huddle. Everest nursing interns would come in and hook all of us to a CCI Kool Aid drip and we’d go back to our desks to dial and smile, wanting to do our part to save the company. Remember when Pope John Paul was ill and the vatican talked about him, but the rest of us were fairly certain he was already dead? Is that what is happening here? Maybe CA AG Kamala Harris and her are together hanging out in Dana Point at the St. Regis Monarch Beach, talking about their poly-blend wardrobe and sipping on cocktails.

Understand your frustration. We are a public company. The operating agreement, 8K, 10K and press releases are all you will get, until a sale occurs. Those docs say a lot. Leadership, as poor as they are, cannot give you more info.
I have been very disappointed by the lack of respect and integrity for our staff. We have lots of hard working people who deserve to know what is going on. This lack of communication and keeping employees in the dark is unacceptable and shows you what happens when you have poor leaders. Finance people and retail experience have nothing to do with running an effective educational program. Just because we were a for profit doesn't mean we can't hire top notch educational professionals. Carmella as well as some of the new directors who have banking experience are truly jokes! I am very disappointed at this site. Also hiring the bottom of the barrel to make cci marketable is nonsense. Wake up people this place is a case study of unethical hiring and promoting. I wish the true hard workers the best of luck during this mess, and shame on Keith jack Carmella and the rest of our so called leaders for keeping us in the dark. I don't believe for one second they don't know what's going on or what will happen in the upcoming months. Just tragic

I can tell you Carmella is not in Tampa either. I still remember her nearly being booed off the Town Hall Stage when she first came aboard. Who did she think she was fooling with her I got this, "I'm an IT expert" speech?
