Anyone have any news about the Quarterly Earnings Report? When will this all go down. When will we have answers?
Does ANYONE have any useful input?
Sincerely,
Tired of waiting.

You can find out when the Earnings Report will come out by visiting here......http://investors.edmc.edu/phoenix.zhtml?c=87813&p=irol-news&nyo=0....You can also contact Investor Relations and they will put you on a list to alert you.......http://investors.edmc.edu/phoenix.zhtml?c=87813&p=irol-shareholder........When the report does come out, workers, students, and investors need to carefully read the transcript.
I heard an employee say it was coming out in 2 days? Not sure where they know this from
They have no solid plan or agreement by the lenders is what it tells me, not a peep out of them on anything. Last I looked still had no 2015 catalogs posted on schools websites still the 13/14 version. Think they are waiting until the end to put the word out. I'm betting after next week. If all was good, we would know it loud and clear.
Camden- The deadline did not suddenly change. By the way, CCi has the exact same deadline. ESI, however, has yet to file its annual report, and it's past the Title IV maximum deadline. Do you really think EDMC is hiding something by filing closer to the deadline?
@Anonymous28528, this is an unprecedented Earnings Report for EDMC. Investors have been looking for the press release for more than a month.
The requirement is no more than 75 days from June 30, but that can be extended if there is a legitimate reason. So expect the report or a reason why it's not filed no later than September 12.
Thank you for your reply! It makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one. I need to try to not hyperfocus on it so much!
:)
I sympathize - I know I tend to become an info junkie here but I find myself trying to be less, um,less engaged. Mostly because I don't think it's going to make any difference? I could be wrong, but even if the report is dismal I doubt the sky will fall or things will go any differently than they would have if the report was upbeat. There's some surprise factors that could take things south, and some long terms issues that will remain regardless. Anyone else?
