There are various reasons I expect that we will never see the 10-K.

No, it's 75 days because of filer status, which puts the deadline to today. The filer status is determined by the market capitalization (float) on the last day of the second quarter.
10-k is due 90 days after year end which takes them to end of Sept. They could at that time file an NT which then buys them an additional 15 days - don't talk about shit that you don't know - a hole.
