Watch out on Oct 6th. Major cuts on that day. Those on Pips will be fired. Lots of people will be given 2 week notice. Most non essential positions will be eliminated across all campuses.

Yes, 548 is right. Including the reason why it was done. But can Cci afford that approach next time? The signs are pointing to 'no' IMO.
36548 is right. HS got 2 weeks notice because the monitor supposedly denied severance. This applied to the presenters and the regionals. Same for a manager that I know of. They were laid off with 2 weeks notice. And yes, this was unprecedented.
Last round of layoffs at my campus were given 2 week notice. This was never done before, but I guess since there's no money for severance they gave notice instead.
That's right 472. When I put in notice to quit- I got perp walk instantly. I actually was shorted on my last check too.
474, they have emotes they would be laid off in 14 days and not immediately?
They did at csc recently. Their lsst dsy was Friday.
OP - you have obviously never worked for CCi. Not only do they not give 2 weeks notices when firing, laying off, etc, but when employees give notice they have them immediately escorted out and their pay stops instantly. You should troll on sites with sane, normal management policies. It's easier to pass.
Or not.
Why would they do that before final grades are due for term/Everest. That makes NO sense. Oh, because a troll doesn't know internal processes and that more than just instructors are involved.
It's PIP not Pip
Who gives 2 weeks notice to employees?!?!? Bwaa! Stupid trolls.
