CCI has no choice at this point to file BR. It is inevitable. I wonder what all of you need to understand this - NO COMPANY is going to buy any or all of CCI/Heald/EUO etc.. They are a LIABILITY! There are NO assets! How sad that you sit around and continue to enroll and finance students when there will NEVER be a school in the future... I know!
