Tampa morale is so low that they have to have someone pushing around an ice cream cart for $60K plus WHY ??????? There is a high call volume of incoming calls rather than sitting back plugged in with headphones, reading the latest layoff.com posting on CCI computers, TAKE A DAMN PHONE CALL!! Show your staff you care at least in the final moments of the company bleeding its employees, there are Program Directors that do nothing all day long check their iphones, see what is going on with their fraternity, what is for dinner, what is going on with the church, walk around being lazy all day - act foolish all day long. Everyone else is working attempting to do something yet these "JOKERS" walk around doing nothing all day. Answer a call and put the ice cream cart away, $60K to push a cart and give ice cream what a FABULOUS job!!!!!!!!!!! DP get out of your office roam the floor make your Program Directors earn their money, is a phone call too much for them to take, how about an hour of inbound for them, make them accountable ???
