I remember whn soany people wer jumping ship from t u e I T department to go work for Socle. They are actually traeted like robots sometimes expected to do mountains of work just to get clients up and running so they can finally say we have clients now. All of the Socle people came from internal cci departments which is part of the problem. Say just get over on people mentality that will bring the company down.
