Obviously, can't name the campus/location because of obvious reasons. But my campus is planning a massive walk-out.

Obviously, you're all frustrated, however a walkout will accomplish nothing toward your goal.

As long as nobody needs the paycheck. That's the worst idea ever. You still have to maintain professional integrity. If you do that without a purpose and word gets around, it could mess up chances of getting a future job. Personally, no matter how angry I am about what's happening, I would never do that. Especially if your coworkers are pushing it. And what if they organize it and then wimp out and you're stuck with a job?

889, that's a terrible reason to participate. I wouldn't do that unless you have a job lined up. Because it's possible you will lose yours and they will fight unemoyment for insubordination.
The way the leader was talking, it's more to see Blanca's explode.
What result are you looking for? Pay raises? Increase in educational supplies? Toner? Immediate termination? Only one of these things is likely.......
WHO CARES? You would actually be doing them a favor and they will probably just lock the doors behind you!
