Stop funding your parachute company with cci title IV funds. If you are so big and bad stand on your own two feet. Your plans are not going to work. We have news reporters and officials that are contacting us directly and we will talk. Since you have been developing that product for years and still c I uldnt get enough people to sign on, ylu guys should be doing worse than us. Instead they are think they are going to exempt some of them from all of the bs.

39028-you are exactly right about attendance and backdating. But that comes from the campus. Several of us asked about and were told in a meeting by BC that it was fine. We know better, but upper management does nothing. Someone even filed a complaint with the ethics lines, still nothing. We have our examples too and what actions we tried to take. All of management bands together to ensure they get their bonus.
BTW, I know about the attendance removal and backdating drops. That is fraud, pure and simple. Those students deserve a portion of their financial aid whether we charge them tuition or not. Financial aid isn't just intended for direct costs, that's clearly stated in the FSA handbook (along with many other things Socle and CCi don't follow). I have lots of examples of that particular fraud to pass along, as I've known it was wrong and been collecting the student info.
38931 - our student population is going down and SF staff on the campuses have been laid off. We all have to take furloughs and cover for each other. It is unacceptable that Socle doesn't. The dishonesty inherent in that is just mind boggling. That's what has finally done it for me. I continue my job search while talking to the Florida AG and ED. I no longer care if I hasten the company's demise. It deserves to be killed, Socle and all.

I do not understand why everyone hates socle. Our jobs are on the line just like the rest of the company. The only difference is we may have a little more job security because we still need to process and bring in the funds for the students. With that being said...that is why we are exempt from the furlough.
