Currently trading at $4.87. The leaders in Carmel must have seen this as a real possibility. Why on earth don't they just file the damn documents? Or do they know that filing them will make the company look even worse than not filing them does? Are they sitting on explosively BAD information?!?!

You cannot short stock that's under five bucks, it's going to stay in a 4.50 range for a while.
