Notice that leadership denies something here. The filing is posted on cci web site. However, they are still bullsh*ters. How can anyone with integrity trsmple on employee's and force them to take time off without pay while they have vacation time saved? I hope that Bob Bosic false sense of security is shattered with the reality of what the employees face everyday. Without a walk in their shoes, there is nothing you can say. The false hoods and misleading activities of everyone in leadership is nothinf more than garbage. I am tired of hearing your bs in the calls. Because that is what it is. BS. Go screw eachothers in the conference room and do right by every single employee and student.
That part of the filing has NOT changed since June.
This was all written back in July when the agreement was signed. The most important part I noticed was the part about the lenders needing to agree to not find CCi in default for not paying on their debt. The banks have to sign off no later than September 25 or title IV funds stop. The banks and CCi amended the financial agreement then and a huge interest payment is due September 30
The filing acknowledges criminal lawsuit. It dies talk about what to do with funds if a sake occurs. But that doesn't mean there's a sale.
