You are behind and need more man power so they wont lay you off? That is very naive. Your micro problems have nothing to do with large scale corporate strategy. If they decide to sell off 50% of the schools, trust me, they dont care if you are understaffed.
At the center in arizona? We are actually kind of behind so I would assume they need all the man power they can get until we catch up...
Be scared... In comes the rumors... They should ask for volunteers... Pretty sure many would leave willingly.
