The so called sale will be a liquidation, a sale of assets. Nobody and I mean nobody wants the names "Everest" or "Corinthian" anywhere near there business. Any student who continues next quarter is a fool and deserves to lose their money and get false hopes. Enough has been out there that no one should sign up for a class. It is worthless to them. Take the fake credits to another school and hope they take most. Your odds are better. You do not want a degree that says "Everest" it might as well say "Phony Private University Diploma Mill" now. Sad it wasn't always so, but that is the reality now.

I'm cutting my own job, but the truth is obvious now. We might hold one more quarter with the students that are just living on the loans, but that will end quite soon. I'm guessing a bankruptcy to try and protect some of the top people financially. Outreach is now a waste of time, only the idiot AD and PD's will force it, because they don't know what else to do. Like the people who walked to the guillotine in France following orders, they kept thinking it won't happen....
