I saw this post before. I showed my brother who's a cop and he said this is obviously a scam or a setup. Look at how much he emphasizes that he will keep the transaction secret and that we have to prove we're not an investigator? And he doesnt want to "get in trouble with Follett"? Sorry, but nice try.
