Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

One thing I haven't heard on here

Is why a company would buy the campuses run by Corinthian? Can anyone answer this? What would be the benefits of taking over 1 or all of these failing schools? Obviously they aren't making enough revenue to keep CCI afloat

Jackass thought to much of himself and the "castle" he built for himself. CCi is a worthless piece of junk now. He and his cohorts in crime are just getting their Swiss Bank accounts set up and when they're ready - flush the toliet, push CCi down the drain, and get on an airplane for a tropical island some where.

Remember, our greatest asset is student debt. We shot the horse and now we are beating it. Who would buy that, IDK

Every passing day diminishes the already slim chances for a sale. More attrition, more accumulated interest due, more bills due, more legal issues, more bad press......it all adds up to decreased value and less attraction to a potential buyer. I can't imagine this will last much longer. They shoot horses, don't they?

I don't think anyone here can definitively answer that question.

There is none. It's the forbidden question to ask at CSC. Nobody wants to discuss this topic at all. There's nothing to gain from acquiring Everest, Wyotech or Heald. CCI has tarnished those brands forever. I believe CCI will lose their accreditation in the next couple of weeks and file bankruptcy. It's over and there will be no sale.

Ask Jack Massamino the same thing I bet he says crap about quality education changing lives blah blah bl Then maybe employees will know there is no buyer coming to save dreams and jobs. Truth is there is nothing to gain from buying this relic.
