Restructuring, multiple lawsuits, court ordered mediation, nothing seems to stop the down hill slide. Yet EDMC talks as if its all just a blip in the screen, nothing to look at, go back to work. Hmmm OK and checks in the mail?

@40060 - Actually If I had a maid or gardener I would let them them know. They dont make much money and it would be the ethical thing to do so they would have time to plan. This just tells me what kind of greedy self centered person you are. No ones livelihood is important except your own. Squeeze everything out of the little guy until you dont need them, that's real great morals. I am guessing by your ME comments you are of the Boomer generation.
What would you expect them to do? While management and legal hash things out, business has to continue. I mean, if you had a gardener or maid, would you hold their hand and tell them everything every second if you were having financial difficulties? No. And stock watching, while addictive, is non productive. They are up today, currently at 1.13. Tomorrow who knows?
Circling the drain. I wonder what will be the next surprise or skeleton in their closet. This is just a hunch but despite naysayers who claim its going to be around forever, I wouldn't be surprised if in a year they catch everyone off guard and shut the whole thing down and of course blame it on anyone and everyone except bad management.
It actually dropped to 1.00$ at one point early in the day.
