EDMC is following the same path as Corinthian Colleges. Take a look at the COCO story.

@Camden Kid - I would love to see a criminal investigation. However, I dont see how it could result in much. Most of the EDMC management has been a revolving door of graduates from clown college. Once you open the door, the cockroaches will scatter and all you will have is a filth and diseased company.

Anonymous39839, I really think there may be a chance at criminal investigations with EDMC, despite Goldman Sachs' political influence. Do you think Goldman will try to save EDMC executives after what they've already done to the company? Knowing the GS crew, they'll throw as many people under the bus to protect themselves.

Wrong, EDMC as a lot of issues, and the debt is not the biggest problem. The 11 billion gov lawsuit is the biggest one. Yes I know, some judge encouraged them to go to mediation, but that is just a suggestion. It's not biding and no party has to agree to any of the terms they do not like. They will go through the motions, EDMC will not budge, mediation will fail, then it will be back on track on their way to a real trial.

EDMC has some issues? IT WENT INTO A BILLION DOLLAR DEFAULT TO ITS CREDITORS. Wow, you are like that guy who is beating his wife and says we were not fighting, we were just discussing some issues.

Dahn- COCO is going to be gone soon enough, but EDMC will not be so quick to go. Yes, EDMC has some issues, and the debt is the largest one, but that's being worked out.
