Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Kmart gave me my Retail start and taught me a lot. Kmart was great before Sears Holding. We had a foundation we were proud of and most managers we could depend on and pay raises and full time staff.. Those were the days of loyalty to a great company. It saddens me that corporate greed has taken away everything good in the retail environment. We need to take a step back if we want to move forward. Loyal customers and loyal employees make a company, not corporations.
