So how much is this company spending on these positions that don't do a thing? Some of us work our asses off and others wheel their chairs up to other employees and want to know about student success? Come on I sure hope they are the first to go. They make $60k plus and if students are passing they talk about personal stuff. Do some f***ing work losers.

This is an anonymous forum, calling someone a pussy here for being anonymous shoes your anger towards the truth other people speak which is out of your control. Is that you you operate in the real world? Do you go around and call your coworkers pussies? How old are you 12? Maybe you should go work as a towel boy in a junior high locker room. I am sure you would fit right in with that mentality.
I'm just saying you're a pussy if you call people losers and don't say who you or they are. I'm willing to bet they are better at their jobs than you.
I'm not the OP but my old Academic Director seems to have a lot of free time on his hands. Oh, to top management he is swamped but in reality he teaches 1 class then spends the rest of the time in his office reading the paper. Wont talk to students during the beginning of the seasons because it's he knows if he makes them wait a couple of weeks they give up and not bother him. Oh and he recently got promoted.
So much resentment! Get another job. I seriously doubt you know anything about their job description, what they do, how long they spend doing it. Perhaps they are just trying to create a more congenial work environment. And for anyone trying to implement student success initiatives, there are a multitude of tasks, analysis, curriculum reviews etc. You probably got dinged for something in the classroom and are all bent out of shape. You're probably always going to be a bottom feeder, and someone will always be managing you. I feel sorry for them. 60k isn't enough to put up with your whining :-)
I'm really curious what people you are talking about. I mean I agree that they exsist but I mean you seem really mad. So put them on blast. Who are they?
