I'd like to hear everyone's best case scenario.

ECMC will buy select profitable Everest campuses and turn them into non profit colleges. SOCLE will handle FA for ECMC. As far as the Everest brand, that will go away, new brand TBA. Remaining faculty, FA, Admissions will stay intact. Management will be disbursed slowly until replacements can be hired and trained under ECMC practices. This will be announced in Nov. Expect another round of 1 wk furlough for Oct and one more round of middle management layoffs (Regionals) before the Nov announcement. Heald will be involved in a merger, to be announced this month. I haven't been updated on Wyotechs future
One thing that sounds right is if a new buyer does come about there will be a big gap between closing and opening back up. Logistics of someone buying all these schools and continue running uninterrupted is not likely. They will let go most everyone and start a new.
Nobody is buying CCI stock. Still at 12 cents lol.
Some one buys the debt, the call center employees are paid call center wages, career services & student services handle teach out. After accreditation process (1 year passes) etc new company enters education business with employees who are paid 30-35k
They buy it on the cheap and build the reputation back up.
Hmm...why does anyone buy stocks that are falling? Hmmm....
Not ripping anyone. Why would someone buy CCI schools? Just an honest question. I apologize if I made it seem I'm ripping you but CCI is failing. What could a buyer do to change the perception of CCI?
Wyotech does not have a good reputation. Way back in the mid 00's but wyotech is a thing of the past. It won't sell.
Not taking the bait. Just looking to rip me for whatever my opinion is.
Nice try.
But they won't keep admissions and finance for sure. Nor Career Services. And what happens to all the call center people?
The various schools/brands under Corinthian are purchased and turned around for the better.
More likely scenario is the UCP and Wyotech brands are sold as they have actual value. The rest of the brands die off...
They sound classy!
