The campus was quite as a mouse today.. The phones hardly rung, it seems as if the ESM lines wur turned off...Are we next to go....

Yep.... ESM has been gone for a year. The contact center in Denver hired many of their reps!!
Esm has indeed been gone for over a year it's just all the clones at the campuses always call all transfers "ESM" lol. All transfer are now from CSC and Vendors like liquid education.

Don't know what rock you live under, but ESM has even gone for over a year. Everything is in house now at CSC
If ESM wasn't ringing it is because the BILL HASN'T BEEN PAID. They will tell you it is because the leads weren't being converted, but that is not true. Same thing happened a few months ago.
CCi has been suggesting that it was going to bring all the lead flow work in-house for some time. Maybe that process is complete?
