Layoffs will not happen until October 30th. They want us to hit our fall target first. Duh!

October 30th is the extension date they received anyways, so I would say all should be calm at least until the end of the month. Who knows though, this company never ceases to amaze me--and I don't mean that in a good way.
I think the more people guess, the more likely it is that layoffs will occur on at least one of those dates :-)
My suggestion is to start a pool and make it interesting.
