The only reason I stay at csw almost a decade working for 10K under my market value is because of 4-10's. If they take 4-10's away L3 can f*** off.

Only most of management. I concur. There will always be a few true fighters that stay until the end out of a desire to right the wrongs. That is courage beyond average and if you know who you are if that shoe fits.

Most of the individuals that wanted to make a difference and worked to get things done have left the building. When the entitlement crowd outnumbered the actual workers nine to one the game was no longer worth playing. When the entitlement crowd went out of their way to cause problems for the few actually doing the work the work was no longer worth a meager three percent increase on an annual basis. Look around at who is left and ask why it is difficult to accomplish even the simplest of tasks. Who is to blame? Management? of course. The employees who want something plus a little for nothing? of course. Everyone else has left or is on their way out. Good luck when all you have left is those that have no clue about what it takes to be successful!
and when the cost of insurance doubles, what then, we are all getting squeezed so that mike the midget and his henchmen can persist with the accounting manipulation and constant need to present an 8% yoy increase to the beloved shareholder, the majority of which are probably us idiots that work at L3...the goal I guess is to continue to present the cafeteria as a huge perk, the avanti market, etc - all big money makers, so craig gibson can saunter around doing what - resurfacing parking lots that work perfectly fine, adding to the depth of his organization, hiring executive chef lackees and lion headed dudes with sunglasses on the top of their head holding their hair back, that spend all their money trying to look the part I guess

Layoffs, declining benefits, stagnant salaries, increased turn-over....all of these make great marketing tools for retaining and attracting new talent.
