CCI brands hard to sell

Due to the economic turmoil, and extensive lawsuits, namely, the September 19th filing from consumer fraud for $568 million, how can Heald plan to insulate itself from liability? Heald Stockton, Heald Modesto and Heald Fresno were are mentioned. These schools, were specifically mentioned , as were the presidents for violating federal law in debt collection practices, by pulling students from class and going to their homes. Yes, Heald would be hard to sell currently with the September 19th filing, and many other issues. Many other schools were listed in all CCI brands. http://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/201409_cfpb_complaint_corinthian.pdf

First, nothing has been proven and negotiations started long before Sept. 19. That aside, I don't think anyone is buying the school to carry them along as they are. CCI schools will close and new owners will rebrand the company. If ITT bought them, they would turn into ITT schools. Any CCI issues go away. (That was an exams.) ITT is NOT the negotiating company. I just used it as an example.

According to all the accusations the business model would completely have to change. Maybe the new owners want the cci name or sub brand names. I think any past sale failures are directly related to what's in that document.
