Shake things up on the top - JC first, you'll see how quickly we'll turn around. He's THE problem.
Cisco has been trying for more than 5 years to reinvent itself, but it is difficult to do that only by cutting people at the bottom, without any change at the top. The network is still is still growing and a great market to be in, but they will keep shrinking if they do not change.
