Providing they can get the legal waivers from the Doe, and to a lesser extent individual states, the buyout is scheduled to close early 4th quarter. You have been fore warned.

Considering we are in the middle of the first quarter you are saying this sale would close April 2015? What a load of bullshit. The DOE doesn't want it to wait that long
I doubt it. Since CCI is a public company, we would know if an acquisition had taken place. Moreover, it would be subject to regulatory scrutiny. You don't possess some secret knowledge unavailable to everyone else.
